This unit provides the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide waxing services to remove unwanted facial and body hair.
It requires the ability to consult with clients to select suitable wax products to provide waxing services. The waxing service can be a single service or form part of a series of services.
*Practical hours may be required in clinic to finish your assessment requirements. This will be discussed with you in person depending on the quality of your work while training, and your confidence, to ensure you are competent and efficient with your new skills before you complete.
Course Content
Waxing is a fundamental salon treatments that temporarily removes unwanted hair. During this course you will learn a variety of techniques and skills and the use of different wax for different areas. You will learn Strip waxing and Hot waxing techniques of the legs, arm, underarm, bikini and facial waxing including lip, eyebrow, sides of face and chin wax which will provide you all the necessary skills to perform full body waxing (Female Intimate – extra)
COURSE COSTS $1,320
$250 required with enrolment with remaining $1070 paid two weeks prior to commencement.
