Provide Body Massage

Course Overview

The Provide Body Massage course offers an opportunity to explore the fundamentals of body massage and develop practical skills in delivering a relaxing and comfortable massage experience. The course introduces learners to a variety of massage movements and techniques, including gentle flowing strokes and firmer movements commonly used in full-body and back massage services. Participants will gain a general understanding of how massage techniques can be adapted to suit different service requirements while recognising the importance of client comfort, individual preferences, and a calm, professional environment. The training also highlights the importance of preparing the treatment area, maintaining appropriate hygiene standards, and following suitable client care practices throughout the session. Through guided practical learning, participants can become familiar with the general approach to providing body massage services and develop greater confidence in applying different techniques. Suitable for individuals interested in massage, wellness, and beauty services, this course provides an opportunity to explore practical massage skills in a supportive training environment. Participants can attend the scheduled training at the designated location to gain hands-on experience and develop a better understanding of body massage techniques that may be relevant to salon, spa, and other wellness settings.

Please Note: Students must bring their own model (e.g., a family member or friend) for practical assessments.
