SHBBBOS002 – Provide body massages – 4 days practical training

Massage is an ancient form of healing that restores the balance to the body and mind; it soothes aching muscles and eases tension.
During this class you will learn to do a Full body Swedish massage which incorporates deep, firm and light flowing movements. Learn to give a client a 1 hour massage full body, or a half hour back massage.
Use these skills to work in a salon/spa or be self employed.

Provide body massage also includes the follow units:

Apply the principles of skin biology to beauty treatments
Anatomy and Physiology
Develop treatment plans
Promote healthy nutritional options in a beauty therapy context
